Welcome to this sacred dance of stewardship, tradition, and remembrance.
Ancestral Wisdom | Earth & Plant Medicine | Embodied Healing
Upcoming Community Offerings
About the Work
This work walks the Red Road. This is a path of humility, integrity, prayer, and right relationship with all of life. It is guided by earth-based traditions and the teachings of the Seven Sacred Directions, honoring the wisdom that lives in the natural world, the body, our ancestral lines, and heart center.
Each offering is held as a living practice of balance and remembrance. Through presence, ritual, and relationship with plant medicines and animal kin as teachers, space is created to listen deeply… to what is asking to be healed, released, or brought back into harmony. This work is not about fixing, but about returning to alignment with self, spirit, community, and the natural world.
“To heal is not to become more, but to remember what always has been. Your heart, Your body, Your ancestors, & Our Earth Mother just ask that you return. ”
Voices from the Work
I have attended many of Alexis's group ceremonies, including her Seeds of Prayer hapé ceremony and her Monthly Tea Meditation where she connects plant teachers with the current zodiacal season. Whether the medicine she is offering is strong and powerful or more gentle, the experience has been nourishing and transformative. She is able to weave knowledge—an incredible depth of knowledge—with prayer, guided meditation, and also with music as she's a talented flutist and singer too! Can't recommend these events enough. I always leave with a feeling of connection and belonging, and also hope and inspiration. Thank you Alexis for all the work you do.
