Heart of the jaguar is a ceremonial communion with master Plant Teacher, Los Niños Santos (sacred mushrooms), and supported by the wisdom of other plants, sound, and the elements.
In this sacred space we remember the path of courage and responsibility each of us have in this lifetime. It is a container where we stop bypassing, stop numbing, and return to the truth of our own spirit through ceremony, prayer, and embodied presence. Rooted in ancestral ways of knowing, this work honors the body, the nature of our duality, and the wisdom carried through lineage and land.
“This is not a ceremony where we escape. It is a ceremony where we remember. ”
What to Expect
Welcome, Opening & Intentions
01
We begin by arriving together—grounding into the space through welcome, prayer, and intention-setting and the optional receiving of the sacred Hapé medicine. This opening establishes the ceremonial container, invites clarity of purpose, and gently orients the nervous system toward trust and receptivity. It is expected that participants will have followed their pre-ceremony diet and lifestyle guidelines to further attune the nervous system and body to the ceremonial space.
02
The Journey
Participants are guided inward through the 8-hour journey with the medicine in a held and attentive environment. This portion is supported through intentional live and recorded music, silence, and presence, allowing each person to meet their experience in their own way, at their own pace. The focus is on listening—within the body, the heart, and the inner landscape—without pressure to perform or interpret.
03
Closing Circle
We close the ceremonial space together, allowing time for grounding, reflection, and gentle integration. A nourishing spread of whole foods is shared to support the body’s return and help settle the nervous system. This circle offers an opportunity to reconnect, anchor insights, and transition back into ordinary awareness with care and steadiness.
04
Follow-Up Integration
In the days following the ceremony, participants are invited into a dedicated integration call. This space supports reflection, meaning-making, and nervous system regulation as insights continue to unfold. The call offers guidance on how to carry what emerged into daily life with intention, discernment, and care.
Experiencing mushrooms through a ceremonial lens offers something that modern life often lacks: a safe, intentional pause. Ceremony creates a contained environment where the nervous system can soften, the mind can loosen its grip, and the body can return to a sense of orientation and presence. For those navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or a feeling of being unmoored, this kind of held space can support a return to center - not by bypassing pain, but by allowing it to be met with awareness, compassion, and meaning.
In recent years, modern research has begun to echo what ceremonial cultures have long understood: sacred mushrooms can support mental and emotional flexibility, reduce rigid thought patterns, and help individuals reconnect with a sense of coherence and perspective. When approached with preparation, intention, and integration, the medicine may assist in interrupting cycles of rumination, fostering emotional insight, and restoring a felt sense of connection—to self, to life, and to something greater than the isolated mind. Ceremony provides the relational and spiritual framework that helps these experiences land not as isolated moments, but as insights that can be integrated into daily life with care and discernment.
Ceremony gives the medicine somewhere to land.
Entering the Container
Who this is for
Heart of the Jaguar is for those who feel called to engage sacred medicine with reverence and responsibility.
This container may be supportive for those who:
Are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or emotional stagnation
Feel disconnected from their body, purpose, or inner clarity
Desire a ceremonial and relational approach rather than a recreational one
Are ready to meet truth with humility and courage
Value preparation, integration, and accountability
Feel called to experience Los Niños Santos within sacred structure
Feel called to reconnect with lineage, ancestral wisdom, or the deeper roots of their becoming
This is not a space for thrill-seeking or spiritual performance. It is for those willing to enter slowly, listen deeply, and carry what is revealed with integrity. Heart of the Jaguar is for those who feel called to engage sacred medicine with reverence and responsibility.
Potential Benefits
When approached within ceremonial context and followed by integration, experiences with sacred mushrooms may support meaningful shifts in perception and well-being.
Participants often report:
Increased emotional clarity and self-understanding
Reduced rumination and mental rigidity
Greater nervous system regulation and sense of grounding
Renewed connection to body and intuition
Heightened sense of meaning, coherence, and direction
A deeper relationship to life, nature, and community
Modern research continues to explore sacred mushrooms capacity to support mental and emotional flexibility, particularly when paired with preparation and integration. Ceremony provides the relational and spiritual framework that helps these experiences become embodied rather than fleeting.
Sacred Integrity
Sacred medicine is not something to “take”. It is something to enter into relationship with.
Readiness is less about being “ready” and more about being willing. Being willing to prepare, to listen, and to be changed in quiet ways.
In this container, integrity looks like:
Preparing your body and inner landscape in the days leading up to ceremony
Entering with clear intention rather than curiosity alone
Being honest about your mental and emotional history
Moving slowly with what is revealed instead of chasing intensity
Participating fully in integration, including the follow-up call
Holding the experience with discretion, humility, and respect
Altered states deepen responsibility. What opens in ceremony asks to be lived. The Jaguar guards this threshold because it teaches steadiness, discernment, and the courage to embody what has been shown.

A sliding scale is offered in recognition that access to sacred work should not be reserved only for those with financial privilege. If you feel called to sit, you are invited to choose the exchange that reflects your current capacity while remaining in integrity. Those who are able to contribute at the higher end of the scale help make space for others who may need the lower tier.
A portion of the proceeds is directed toward Indigenous-led projects and communities who continue to protect and steward the traditions surrounding these medicines. This offering is rooted in gratitude and reciprocity. We honor the original peoples and guardians who have carried this work through generations.
Sacred medicine calls us into right relationship, and that includes how we give back to the peoples who have remained in relationship with land, medicine, tradition, prayer, and community across time.
